Head of Compliance responsible for overseeing regulatory compliance within the gold trading sector, ensuring full alignment with international standards for responsible sourcing, AML regulations and local legal requirements. Leads the development and implementation of compliance frameworks covering supply chain transparency, due diligence procedures and risk management in line with OECD guidelines and responsible gold sourcing principles. Works closely with authorities, auditors and business partners to maintain ethical sourcing practices, operational integrity and sustainable long term business relationships.
